Bookkeeper/ Office
Manager
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic and
skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager with a proven track record.
Responsibilities:

Validate and process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
·
Perform bank, general ledger and account reconciliation.
·
Perform International agent reconciliation.
·
Monitor and reconcile ADP payroll processing for the company.
·
Basic Cash flow analysis.
·
Knowledge of small business budgeting needs.
·
Collections
·
Agent reconciliations
·
Analyze and organize office operations and procedures.
·
Develop & maintain an employee handbook.
·
Research and develop resources that create timely and efficient
workflow.
·
Prepare activities reports for guidance of management.
·
Perform special projects as needed.
Background and experience:
·
BA/BS in Accounting/Business.
·
5-7 years
take charge track record in Office Management / Bookkeeping.
·
Strong background in QuickBooks and MS Office.
·
A solid background in A/P, A/R, G/L and payroll.
·
Candidate must have administrative experience in a
small office environment with familiarity in accounting practices and
procedures.. It is essential that the candidate for
this position be organized and efficient, allowing them to handle multiple
tasks in a busy environment. Attention to detail and the ability to organize
and prioritize are a must
·
This is a sensitive position that deals with company financials.
Candidate must pass with “flying colors” the background and credit checks
performed.
